Variation of Condition no. 2 relating to planning application DM/23/0981 - To amend the the approved plans to comply with Southern Water's build-over requirements the corner of the extension has to move eastward by 1.5m.

Variation of condition 2 relating to planning application DM/22/3494 - to amend the plans from a pitched roof and L shaped extension to a pitched roof and to square off the extension (as amended 15.5.23).

Variation of Condition No: 2, of planning permission DM/20/1760 to amend the approval plans to allow for changes in design which would create additional habitable space, including a bedroom and mezzanine, as well as extend the Gross Internal Area of the scheme by increasing it's length by 4.5 metres to accommodate the garage. This only applies to plot 1 of the proposed scheme.

Additions and alterations to the main house including a South facing extension with an Zinc roof orientated to the view together with an infill extension on the West side with a zinc roof to house a new internal staircase, also enlarge the boiler room and amend access to it . (Variation to approval DM/20/4146).

Variation of Condition No: 2 of planning permission DM/19/5061 - to amend the approved plans to replace the flat roof with a tiled pitched roof to the single storey side extension.
