T1 Maple overhanging neighbour's property reduce back to fence line. Approximately 1.5 metre, garden side reduce branches overhanging summer house by approximately 1-1.5metre. Yew on neighbouring land reduce back to boundary.

Non- Material Amendment relating to application DM/21/1007 to change the materials of the approved garage elevation to match the house. Cladding specification has been added to drawings and cladding to be fitted vertically. Dimensions added to site layout to reflect site dimensions to boundary fence

Demolition of buildings and erection of 13 dwellings along with parking and landscaping. Amended plans received 21/2/2022 showing retention of trees 6, 15,21, 23 and 25, re-positioning of plot 9, amendments to boundary of plots 1-3, changes to internal layout of plots,relocation of home office to plot 7, amended fence line, removal of shared footpath to secondary road as well as submission of addendum to Transport Statement, updated Road Safety Audit and landscape masterplan.
