Variation to condition 2 relating to planning application DM/20/3296 to substitute amended drawings for those on original and subsequent approved schemes for economical and construction detail requirements.

Variation of condition 4 relating to DM/15/3955 to re-word Condition 4 to read as "No part of the development shall be first occupied until such time as the vehicular access points serving the development have been constructed in accordance with plans and details submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority". In addition add a condition in relation to the temporary access to the rear of the site for the construction of the development to read "Prior to the occupation of the dwellings, the temporary access surface to the rear of the site as showing in drwg 1809/COND.01 Rev A shall be removed and the land restored to its former use."
