Changes to existing roof form including increased ridge height, installation of rooflights to front and side and inclusion of 4 flat roof rear dormer windows. Removal of front conservatory and porch. Infilling of rear extensions with flat roof over. Flat roof at rear to be used as roof terrace. Replacement and new windows. Garage conversion with addition of timber cladding to this section of front and side elevations. Replacement of chimney with flue and other associated works.

Existing garage demolished and replaced with a garage with provision for a bedroom in the roof, conversion of attic to provide a bathroom with a dormer window to the rear, construction of a single storey addition to rear to provide a gym and a garden room, existing conservatory demolished and replaced with a larger flat roof structure. The removal of a uPVC conservatory. The building of a two storey infill extension and single storey rear extension. Removal of porch and relocation to centre of property. Removal of hung tiling and redering of property smooth. Two new front dormer windows, a garage conversion and extension of driveway into front garding to provide additional parking space.
