Permanent retention and extension of existing temporary access and erection of new gate and fencing with associated landscaping (revised plans submitted 14/11/22; revised application description 22/11/22)

Erection of 8 dwellings, alterations to site access, provision of car parking along with hard and soft landscaping. AMENDED PLANS received 5/1/2022 in relation to access road, amendment to layout to plots 1 and 2, replacement of garden wall with fencing and revised Arboricultural Impact Assessment.

Part-retrospective consent for the erection of a retaining wall in addition to landscaping works to the rear garden including level changes, installation of hardstanding, installation of raised planters, a new fence/handrail to the top of the retaining wall, the erection of a pergola and additional screening to the eastern boundary.
