A change of use of land to operational land to enable an extension of the wastewater treatment works; construction and operation of a Final Settlement Tank and associated above ground plant, equipment and areas of hardstanding within the extension area; a 2.4m high security fence around the extended area and an equipment kiosk.

To extend the existing front and side garden fence forward and create two new access gates.

Alterations to side extension to allow for a change of use to a separate 1 bed two person dwelling. AMENDED PLANS received 13/09/2023 creating front door to the front elevation and re-siting fence in rear garden to create subdivision of garden.

Variation of condition no 2 relating to planning application DM/22/2988 - to have an extension of time for a further 9 months in order for the details of the requested 1.2m close board fence to be altered.

To move existing front/side fencing to extend the current driveway.

(T1) Oak on southern fence line - Remove lowest branch that is hanging over the fence line to raise canopy to consistent level. Remove short north pointing lower limb back to main stem. Reduce westerly limb extending beyond fence line by 3m. Remove deadwood. Where required reduce overall canopy by up to 1.5m back to growth points. (T2) Oak in northerly area of rear garden - reduce crown by up to 3m and clear epicormic off main stem. Remove epicormic growth up main stem as far as emergence of main canopy. Lightly reduce easterly canopy back only removing up to 2m where specific branches extend beyond main shape. Reduce most of remaining canopy by up to 3m back to growth points. Remove deadwood. Remove some of the epicormic growth along larger branches in the canopy.
