Non- Material Amendment relating to application DM/21/1007 to change the materials of the approved garage elevation to match the house. Cladding specification has been added to drawings and cladding to be fitted vertically. Dimensions added to site layout to reflect site dimensions to boundary fence

Replace 1.8m boundary hedge with 1.8m fencing around property boundary to enclose rear garden. Removing driveway and garage which is currently in rear garden.
