Demolition of existing building and erection of new building containing 6 x flats (4 x 2 bed and 2 x 1 bed units) including parking and landscaping (Amendments to DM/21/2270 comprising of the addition of 2x windows to front and 2x Rooflights, the removal of 2x side windows (each side) and the rear central dormer, alterations to the rear parking layout, revised positioning of the bike and bin storage and a slightly larger terrace area for flats 1 and 2.)

Creation of two additional flats at 5A High Street by alterations to the existing internal layout, raising the ridge height to create second storey extension with pitched roof and central dormer facing the high street with new roof attached to listed building at 7-9 High Street. Minor alterations to existing shop front. Existing side gables increased in height with new windows and conservation roof windows. New rear gable.

(Amended plans received 17th and 23rd August 2020) Proposed dormer to serve apartment 31A stair landing, to facilitate as means of escape.
