Removal of an existing conservatory, to be replaced with a new single storey extension. Proposed garage conversion and for the existing sloping flat roof height to be raised at the front (lower end) to match the existing roof height to the rear. Also a new front door and one new side window and a new 2.45m high fence to the side of the driveway. Amendment to previously approved planning application DM/22/3148. New front porch, second floor extension over garage, new utility room, increase front inner fence to 2.5 meters. Amended plans received 02.07.2020 and 06.07.2020 respectively showing alteration to roof pitch of side extension over garage and clarifying position of fencing.
