T1 Oak - Remove 2-3 large,dead/dying branches south of ditch line on Western aspect (towards road), reduce height of Southeast corner stem only (over garage roof only) by 2m, south of ditch line and closest to and over garage roof. Reduce lateral spread/overhanging branches over driveway/caravan by 2m close to previous/historic points of reduction to clear back from poperty.

T1 Bay Tree - Remove lower branches to give 1m clearance over garage roof. T2 Liquidambar - Crown lift to 2.5m from ground level. T3 Birch Tree - Crown reduction by 2.5m in height and 2m in radial spread. T4 Cornus - Crown reduction by 1m in heigh and radial spread. T5 Conifer - Fell.

Maple (T1-Tag Number T750) - Reduce canopy by 1.5m to suitable growth points, remove deadwood and crown lift to 3m. Liquid ambar (T2 - Tag Number T753) - Reduce canopy by 2.5m in height to suitable growth points and lateral limbs by 1m to balance trees canopy. Cherry (T3 - Tag Number T755) - Remove deadwood and crown lift to 3m. Weeping Willow (T4 - Tag Number T757h) - Crown lift to allow a 2m clearance above garage roofs

Redesign of garden area adjacent to and behind existing garage. Current lawn area to be replaced with flower garden - removal of existing sunken trampoline and 3.7m high climbing frame, installation of new timber greenhouse, gravel paths, paved area and flower borders. Current paved area with raised beds to be replaced with utility area - removal of raised beds and existing paving, installation of new paving and freestanding compost bins. One small tree to be moved and replaced with two new pleached trees.
