Erection of a single storey side and rear extension to the main house with associated internal and external alterations and retrospective permission for existing ancillary outbuilding.

Retrospective application at sides and rear of property to retain as-built variations from permission 14/02734/FUL as per application DM/19/3135. Proposed alterations to as-built front elevation, reinstating the timber windows, front door and bay window, facing the elevation with painted 4" stock brickwork and reducing eaves height. Existing plans to show dwellinghouse as built received 21.09.2020. Amended plans and Materials Schedule received showing proposed amendments to rear extension to include reduction in depth of fascia and eaves overhang and horizontal timber cladding. Replacement windows and application of brick slips proposed to main rear wall of house.
