New entrance gates, formal entrance garden to main house, productive walled garden and landscape improvements. Amended and additional plans received 14.09.2022 and 23.11.2022 claryifying proposed works. Proposed works include replacement tree house in same position as existing. Aboricultural Impact Assessment, Method Statement and Tree Protection Plan received 17.10.2022. Bat ground level tree assessment received 12.04.2023.

T1 Maple overhanging neighbour's property reduce back to fence line. Approximately 1.5 metre, garden side reduce branches overhanging summer house by approximately 1-1.5metre. Yew on neighbouring land reduce back to boundary.

Fig Tree - reduce by 1.5 metres and thin by 20%. Yew tree 1 - reduce branches overhanging parking area by no more than 2 metres. Yew tree 2 (growing over summer house) fell to just above ground level.

T1: Lime Situated behind fence line, cut back house side by 3metres. T2: Lime Situated behind fence line, cut back by 3 metres. T3: Sycamore fell to ground level.

x2 Conifers - reduce to 6m high, consistent with start of house roofline,reduce lower branches overhanging road and footpath by 1m in line with Yew hedge below. Lime tree - reduce branches overhanging road and footpath by up to 2m back to previous cut points.

Remove large Fir. Dismantle and remove Cherry. Dismantle second tree (Sorbus) adjacent to neighbours house. Crown lift Silver Birch by removing lowest branch overbranch on each.

T1 - Large willow overhanging house - re-pollard to previous points, general maintenance.

T1 Oak - Reduce lateral spread growing towards house by approx. 2 metres, blend into high crown. T2 Pine - Fell.

(T1-2) Oak trees- reduce lateral limbs growing over garden and towards house by 2m, remove lower growth on trunks and lightly shape into top to keep a well balanced/shaped crown.
