Provision of refuse and recycling bins within timber enclosures. Resurfacing of the existing parking area. Extension between the rear roof dormers and replacement cladding to the dormers. Removal of existing air conditioning units and provision of new air conditioning condensing units behind fencing. New shop front and landscaping to provide wheelchair access.

New front porch, second floor extension over garage, new utility room, increase front inner fence to 2.5 meters. Amended plans received 02.07.2020 and 06.07.2020 respectively showing alteration to roof pitch of side extension over garage and clarifying position of fencing.
