Creation of two additional flats at 5A High Street by alterations to the existing internal layout, raising the ridge height to create second storey extension with pitched roof and central dormer facing the high street with new roof attached to listed building at 7-9 High Street. Minor alterations to existing shop front. Existing side gables increased in height with new windows and conservation roof windows. New rear gable.

Non-material amendement to planning application DM/19/4118 for new arrangement to the proposed shop front; larger MOE opening to accomodate double door to rear, installation of ramped access to rear and proposed first floor windows to proposed rear extension removed.

External alterations including:- blocking up of 2 windows to the east elevation. Installation of rooflights to existing flat roof. Provision of PV panels to the existing flat roof. Provision of refuse and recycling bins within timber enclosures. Resurfacing of the existing parking area. Extension between the rear roof dormers and replacement cladding to the dormers. Removal of existing air conditioning units and provision of new air conditioning condensing units behind fencing. New shop front and landscaping to provide wheelchair access.
