(T1) Oak - Cut back to previous pruning point approx 1.5m leaving height of approx 15m and lateral spread of approx 10m. (T2) Maple - Cut back to previous pruning points approx 1.5m leaving height of approx 12m and lateral spread of approx 8m. (T3) Maple - Cut back to previous pruning points approx 1.5m leaving height or approx 10m and lateral spread of approx 7m. (T4) Oak - Cut back to previous pruning points approx 3m leaving height of approx 15m and lateral spread of approx 15m.

Silver Birch - fell and remove.

(T1) Pine - fell. (T2) Large Oak - reduce full crown by 2-3m along with major deadwood maintenance.

T1 Oak - Reduce branches away from propety by 1.5-2 metres. T3 Birch - Reduce overhanging branches over road by 1m-1.5 metres. T4 Oak - reduce overhanging branches over road by 1.5-2 metres.

T24 Sycamore - Reduce crown by approx 2m all round leaving a height of approx 15m and lateral width of 12m. Remove epicormic growth on the main trunk up to the height of 6m (bottom of the crown). Remove dead wood from crown. Lateral branches touching the side of the building and to allow more light into the garden.

T1 Large Spruce - crown lift to 4m , T2 Sycamore - reduce crown by 2.5m , T3 Lime - re-pollard to previous pruning points and remove epicormic growth.

T1 Oak reduce overhanging limb back to fork closest to main trunk. Remove split tertiary limb, above, back to secondary limb.

T1 Oak - reduce the height and spread by approx 2.5m and no further than previous reduction points.

T21 Ash - remove. T22 Dead tree (unknown species) - remove. T23 Sycamore - remove. T24 Ash - remove. T25 Ash - remove.

1 x Horse Chestnut - Fell. Propose to replace and replace with substantial British native tree.
