T1 and T2 Beech: Lateral prune East canopy aspect by approx. 2m. Retained East radius of approx. 4m. T3 Cherry Laurel: Lateral prune East canopy aspect by approx. 1m. Retained East radius approx. 2.5m. G1 Mixed species hedgerow group along West boundary with Gravelye Lane: Lateral prune East aspect encroachment to garden back to appropriate pruning points around fence line by approx. 1m and up to a height of approx. 6m. Final lateral spreads of trees on East aspect to be a minimum of approx. 2m.

T1 - Large Beech Tree - reduce the two lowest limbs back to appropriate growth points as close to the property boundary as possible.

T1 - Oak. Reduce height and spread by up to 1.5-2 metre (to the previous points), shaping and balancing the remaining crown accordingly. Crown lift 3.5 -4 metres (secondary growth). G2 x2 Oaks in rear garden, Oak 1 - At NW corner of boundary by the pond - reduce lateral branches over garden by 2m and reduce height of tree by 1-1.5m, Oak 2 - NW corner of boundary by pond (nearest to Goat Willow)_ - reduce back lateral limbs over the pond by 1.5m. T3 Goat Willow - reduce height and spread by up to 1-1.5m. T4 Holm Oak - Reduce height and spread by up to 1-1.5m.

2 x Oak trees located on the fence boundary line in the rear garden of houses numbered 4, 5 and 6 Heath Close - reduce back from garden by approx 1 - 2m and no further than previous cut points. 2 x Field Maple trees and 3 x Ash trees located on the fence boundary line in the rear garden of number 4 and 5 Heath Close - reduce crowns by up to 3m.

T1 and T2 Macrocarpas - Fell to ground level T3 Small Yew - remove T4 Lime - Trim back overhanging branches to boundary

T1 Blackthorn and T2 Hazel - Reduce branches by 1 meters inside boundary. T3 and T4 Oak - Remove all epicormic growth on main stems up to branchbreak. G1 Fieldmaples - Reduce branches back 1 meter inside boundary T5 Laurel - Reduce to 8ft

G1 Lime Group - Reduce over hang over garden by up to 3m back to boundary fence line.

G1- Sycamore tree/group located adjacent to boundary: Prune back branches overhanging garden of 32 Orchard Way to approximately boundary level.

Beech tree to reduce by approx 1.5m back to boundary. Oak Tree to cut back overhanging branches over property fence by 2 metres
