Re-roofing of the Victorian house part of the School and replacement of doors and windows to the same in uPVC double glazed. A number of chimney stacks to be removed.

Partial conversion of existing barn to annexe and ancillary use to main house. New dormers to south facing roof slope of main house, extension to existing dormer to rear roof slope and replacement porch to rear of property. (Ecology survey received 08.07.2022.)

Alterations to the second floor of the main teaching block from a library to 6 no. teaching spaces. Replacement of clerestory windows and all windows to the main teaching block, the addition of new reverse dormer full height windows, the replacement skylights, installation of roof ventilation cowls, and alterations to the entrance of Butler House. (Revised drawings and design and access statement received 19.04.2022 and again on 12.05.2022)

Installation of 59 No. solar PV panels. To include 26 No. panels on a ground-mounted array within the adjoining paddock, with the remaining panels mounted on the southwest and southeast facing roof slopes of the house and approved extension.

Removal of former dairy, mobile home and other outbuildings and construction of 2 dwellings (revisions to approved scheme DM/21/2367) now including garages and alterations to eastern unit to accommodate rooms within the roof space.

Addition of mechanical plant including air conditioning condensers to the central recessed flat roof section of the existing care home.
