Conversion of curtilage listed building to residential annex to be used for purposes ancillary to the listed farmhouse External alterations to the listed farmhouse including post and rail fence, refurbishment and replacement of existing windows, removal of existing porch, replacement guttering, roof repairs, painting external alterations, insertion of glazed screen to bread over, provision of patio area adjacent southern elevation, extension to path to eastern elevation and installation of new boiler flue (part retrospective). Installation of below ground LPG tank, private foul water package treatment plant, and drainage mound. Amended drawings to incorporate barn doors on southern elevation of annex received on 20.11.2023

Conversion of existing store to restaurant space, new single storey link extension with new rear garden courtyard. Erection of single storey rear extension to kitchen and a staff smoking canopy to rear garden. Changes to ground floor fenestration along with internal reconfiguration including the conversion of existing first floor rooms for guest accommodation and night manager.

Demolition of existing part 4-storey mixed use, commercial-residential premises and construction of a new 5-storey all-residential building containing seven new apartments, being 6 number 1 Bedroom apartments, and one number 2 Bedroom apartment. Amended plans received 28.10.2020 showing amendments to internal layout to include 2 bed apartment changed to 1 bed. External alterations proposed including changes to ground floor frontage, additional extension to rear at ground and first floor level and additional window to lower ground floor flat. Amended plans received 18.01.2021 to include additional windows to rear and internal changes, to include reconfiguration and extension of lower ground floor flat and front ground floor flat to form a 2 bed duplex, resulting in a total of 6 no. flats.

Construction of hip to gable roof extension and erection of rear dormer window. Amended plans received 15.09.2022 showing reduction in size of rear dormer window.

External alterations to the listed farmhouse including post and rail fence, refurbishment and replacement of existing windows, removal of existing porch, replacement guttering, roof repairs, painting external alterations, insertion of glazed screen to bread oven, provision of patio area adjacent southern elevation, extension to path to eastern elevation and installation of new boiler flue. Installation of below ground LPG tank, and installation of septic tank with raised drainage field.

(Amended Plans received 11.08.2022) To provide access into the rear garden for a disabled resident. New suspended timber decking area along the rear elevation of the rear extension, with access by new door and window unit, replacing existing window unit. Access between the new decking area and the rear garden lawn will be by new timber steps. Square off the front hardstanding to make wheelchair movement easier.

Alteration to shopfront, new rear door and ramped access, removal of windows to rear elevation to proposed first floor extension in connection with approved application DM/19/4118.

Modify and repair existing Byre building, excavate and extend cow shed towards courtyard, modify roof pitch to allow space for garaging 3 cars, block up 2 existing doors and 2 large window openings, overboard with new timber cladding to west elevation, new walls with timber cladding and timber boarded sliding garage doors to courtyard (east) elevation and level and resurface the courtyard with porous surfacing material

Two-storey upwards extension to provide 6 x one-bedroom flats and 2 x two bedroom flats. Amended plans received 19th January 2022 revising mix of flats as well as amendments to internal layout, changes to windows and the introduction of additional windows to the north-western elevation to flats 3 and 4.
