Demolition of existing building and erection of new building containing 6 x flats (4 x 2 bed and 2 x 1 bed units) including parking and landscaping (Amendments to DM/21/2270 comprising of the addition of 2x windows to front and 2x Rooflights, the removal of 2x side windows (each side) and the rear central dormer, alterations to the rear parking layout, revised positioning of the bike and bin storage and a slightly larger terrace area for flats 1 and 2.)

Repositioning of garage, changes to fenestration, alteration of the landscaping (from previously approved application DM/17/1837). As well as several internal alterations to the layout of the main dwelling, this includes the relocation of staircases, kitchen and downsizing the number of bedrooms from 6 to 5.

External alterations including:- blocking up of 2 windows to the east elevation. Installation of rooflights to existing flat roof. Provision of PV panels to the existing flat roof. Amended landscaping plan and floor plans and elevations received 18.12.2020 and 11.12.2020, showing reduction in height of houses and amendments to front dormer windows.

Demolition of existing buildings and cessation of existing commercial uses B1/B8 use) and redevelopment of site to provide 6 new dwellings (C3 use), comprising 5 x terraced units and 1 x detached unit, together with associated car parking and landscaping. Existing accesses from Eastern and North Road to be retained. (Amended drawings received on 13.08.2020 to include angled window to bed 1 of plot 6, full hipped roofs to plots A and E and section to show the south west elevation of plot 6) Additional information received on 29.09.2020.

Demolition of existing buildings and redevelopment to provide 18 dwellings comprising 2 No. 1-bed flats, 4 No. 2-bed flats, 5 No. 2-bed houses, 3 No. 3-bed houses,and 4 No. 4-bed houses with associated access, landscaping and car parking. Amended drawings received 23.04.20, changing roof profiles (gable to hipped ends), elevational details including materials and windows/doors and boundary treatment.

Demolition of existing dwelling and replacement with a new 2 storey, 4 bed dwelling and garage. Amended plans received 29.04.2020 showing changes to the west boundary landscaping and fenestration details on the proposed western elevation.
