Amended elevations and plans received on 17.07.2023 to show Crittall windows to extension and omission of 2nd floor bathroom.

Proposed single storey extension with terrace over on East elevation to include works to raise the roof and parapet. Various changes to fenestration and doors. Installation of a new conservation roof lights and proposed landscaping to North and East of the house. Variations to permissions DM/21/3853 and DM/21/3860.

Single storey extension adjacent to the western wing to link existing conservatory and the main house, which will remove the existing porch structure and bay window to the eastern elevation of the main house.

Alterations to the existing entrance to the garage and a proposed porch over new entrance with internal alterations. Amended plans received 30th November to address comments from the Conservation Officer and Historic England.

Replacement of a C20 extension flat roof with a pitched roof of similar form and materials to the existing house, along with the replacement of the existing window to a traditionally detailed casement window

Installation of new window openings; replacement of existing windows; partial conversion of existing garage; in-fill extension to unite the current house and garage. Description amended to include proposed flue to south-western roof slope of the main barn and amended elevations received 11.03.2022, correctly labelled.
