Change in colour to the front door, windows, quoins and banding and installation of security cameras and intruder detection sounders.

Conversion of curtilage listed building to residential annexe to be used for purposes ancillary to the listed farmhouse. Alterations to existing 'guest house' outbuilding within the curtilage of a Grade II listed dwelling to address water damage and improve energy performance. Strip existing spalled and damaged roof tiles, retaining sound tiles for reuse. Install breathable roof insulation to follow slope of roof. Re-tile roof. Internal alterations and revised fenestration

Proposed erection of a timber and glass side extension, enlargement of an existing window to form a door, enlargement of the external paved area and erection of a single storey swimming pool building in the rear garden.

Secondary glazing to be fitted to 15 casement windows and set of French doors in kitchen, door pane in bootroom, trim to be white, matching existing colour with the exception of 1 windows in bedroom 1 and kitchen and French doors which will have trim to match. 25 openers will be draught proofed with concealed brushes. A slimline double glazed unit is proposed to bootroom and rotten cills are to be restored for the dining room and sitting room snug.

Replace the single glazed windows and external doors.

Change the window glazing bar pattern on windows, changed to horizontal bars only, to match the historic windows on the existing 17th Century cottage. Change the paint colour of all the timber windows from white to kitchen green. The existing dilapidated roof and the new roof to be tiled in reclaimed handmade peg tiles.

Internal and external works including the replacement of the balustrade to the porch, the removal of a window to the rear elevation and insertion of 2 rooflights to the roof at the rear. New patio area to the rear of the property. New post and rail fencing and gates to the side/rear access to form enclosure to the site from the access road, with provision for 3 vehicle parking and turning.
