Existing topsoil will be excavated and stockpiled on site for re-use in final landscaping, subsoil will be excavated and used in compacted layers to construct the banks of the lagoon, imported subsoil material will be incorporated into these layers until final approved levels are achieved. the previously excavated topsoil will then be re-used for final landscaping.
