T1 Lawson's Cypress x 3 - Fell. T2 Oak - Raise base of canopy by 1m and remove lowest branch extending south west over access road. Reduce canopy height by 8m and reduce canopy bulges next to house and in south and westerly directions by up to 3m. T3 Silver Birch - Reduce canopy height by up to 8m and reduce longest side branches by up to 3m. G1 Ash x 4 - Fell.

T1 Malus - remove branches overhanging house roof T2 Magnolia - to crown thin by 25% (height to remain the same).

T1 Magnolia - Reduce crown by up to 2m and remove limb growing into house. T2 Hawthorn - Reduce crown by up to 3m. T3 Sycamore - Remove limbs overhanging lawn and neighbour's garden.

x2 Conifers - reduce to 6m high, consistent with start of house roofline,reduce lower branches overhanging road and footpath by 1m in line with Yew hedge below. Lime tree - reduce branches overhanging road and footpath by up to 2m back to previous cut points.

Remove large Fir. Dismantle and remove Cherry. Dismantle second tree (Sorbus) adjacent to neighbours house. Crown lift Silver Birch by removing lowest branch overbranch on each.

T1 - Large willow overhanging house - re-pollard to previous points, general maintenance.

Fell eight mature ash trees on footpath along boundary between Ockenden House and Cuckfield recreation ground.

T1 - Yew. Reduce the overhanging branches by 3 meters back to the boundary with Old Clergy House. Same Elder and other leafing behind Summer House.

Magnolia (front of house) - Cut back to last year's growth point. Branches to be cut no more than 3'' in diameter. Cherry tree, Holly tree, Fan Magnolia, Strawberry tree, White Beam, Katsura tree (Rear of house) - Cut back to last year's growth points. Branches to be cut no more than 3'' in diameter.

3 x Conifer Trees - Reduce by 3.5 - 4m back to to old cut level. 1 x Conifer Tree (closest to house) - Fell
