Proposal to reposition and extend the garden fence up to 1.5 metres closer to the edge of the property boundary to allow the addition of a pedestrian access gate to the front right hand side of the house and enclosure of the existing garden pathway for easy access for recycling bins and safe passageway.

Width of extension is narrower than approved for application DM/18/4200 with wall set away from boundary. Concealed gutter to original proposal now replaced with standard gutter, all way around up to boundary line. Boundary timber fence not removed and replaced as original approval. New plans submitted 301B, 302C, 303C and 304B

Extension of existing single storey kitchen lean-to, garage conversion with two roof lights, existing timber fence and roof to rear boundary area to be replaced with new brickwork wall and felted roof.
