Demolition of the modern two-storey rear extension and demolition of the modern conservatory addition. Construction of a new, two-storey extension to the rear elevation. Various works to the listed building to include roof and chimney repairs, window and door replacement, replacement of building services (mechanical and electrical) to include the installation of new sanitary accommodation. Demolition of partially-built three-bay garage and construction of new detached garage building. Associated hard and soft landscaping works, to include new timber gates and brick wall to driveway entrance, new permeable driveway surfacing and new planting. . (Amended plans received 08/02/2023) Partial demolition of the existing single storey lean-to extension and replacement two storey side infill extension, single storey rear extension, infill loft extension, alterations to the roof to install rooflights on rear elevation, alterations to the existing garage including three new windows to side façade, replacement barn style windows to front elevation and side access door.

Demolition of existing garage and extension. Erection of a single storey side extension with 2 glazed links connecting the extension to the original cottage. Erection of a lightwell featuring the existing chimney stack, a pool, a garden shed. and a stone paved area and decking to rear. Replacement of all windows to timber windows and roof to receive new finish with clay tiles .

Demolition of rear conservatory. Construction of ground floor infill extension with flat roof to rear elevation. Construction of new single garage extension with crown roof to East elevation. All fenestration replaced throughout.

New window openings formed in replacement walls with flank window obscure glazed. Construction of new single storey rear extension.

Two storey rear extension and loft space conversion with extension to front south elevation. New west roof slope with dormer window unit with rooflight units. New property entrance to be repositioned on east elevation. Amended plans received.

Amended plans received 23.09.2021 showing increase in eaves height of extension to accord with development as constructed on site. Additional roof lights and first floor window to south eastern wall of extension also proposed.
