Variation to condition 1 (approved plans) of planning permission related to 16/02451/FUL (Demolition of all existing buildings and replacement with the erection of 184 residential dwellings comprising 172 one and two bedroomed apartments and 12 townhouses, community use (D1) and flexible use across A1, B1a or D2, provision of private open space and landscaping, provision of an internal vehicular network and associated highway works and car parking) for amendments to overall floor plans, apartment types, communal spaces and other associated alterations. Minor amendments to heights to suit structural grid, parapet support, floor to ceiling heights and the addition of lift overruns.

Non material amendment to application reference 18/02822/OUT for the alterations to landscaping and amenity space.

Change of use from Class E (restaurant) to Class E or Sui Generis (restaurant/hot food takeaway) consisting of a coffee shop/restaurant selling food and drink for consumption on and off the premises. The installation of a drive-thru lane and associated engineering works, including alterations to car parking, bin store and servicing arrangements and associated changes to landscaping. Minor alterations to the building and elevations including recladding.

Alterations to dwelling: front extension with attic accommodation connecting to associated rooms and 2 storey front porch; replacement roof; single-storey side/rear extension; side extension with projecting rear canopy and attic room joined to remodelled outbuilding including front and side extensions to the latter to form west wing of dwelling incorporating triple garage with attic accommodation and associated rooms above; reconfiguration of driveway and installation of sliding access gate; associated landscaping.

Variation of condition 1 (approved plans) attached to planning application 16/02105/FUL to secure alterations to the training tower, energy centre, chiller, CHP, canopies, landscaping, painted roundabout and pedestrian guardrail.

Extensions and alterations to the existing building including the provision of 3 additional residential units and the erection of a combined bin and cycle storage area, the enlargement of the parking area and landscaping improvements

Outline permission with all matters reserved except access for 482 residential units, flexible ground floor uses falling within Use Classes A1/A2/A3/A4/A5/B1a/D1/D2.
