1 x Oak Tree in rear garden at 17 Lowick Place, - requires cutting back of some branches/re-shaping due to excessive shading of garden, some branches are now approx 5 meters from house.

Tree Preservation Order consent to remove T10, T11 (Holly) to make safe for the public and remove T18 (Oak) to allow light into the building, to remove T14 (Oak) and grind out roots as they are interfering with the public footpath. To reduce T1/T9 (Ash), T2/T3/T4/T6/T13/T15/T16/17 (Oak) and T5/T7/T8/T12 (Silver birch) by 15-20% to allow light into buildings.

Consent for works to TPO PS/540/15/39. Crown reduction to Oak and Horse Chestnuts by 5-6m (T4, T5, T6, T7) and reduce branches facing the back of the property by 1-2m to prevent the trees encroaching on the property.

Tree Preservation Order Consent for 10 yew trees located outside main entrance of church hall- works to be carried out are 2 meter reductions in height and then to bring the sides in by the same 2 meters to match and bringing all 10 into one shape, creating more light along the path to make it safer and more visible for events.

Tree Preservation Order Consent for : T1 (Oak) - Remove close to ground level and treat stump to inhibit regrowth. The tree works are proposed to stop the influence of the tree(s) on the soil below building foundation level and provide long term stability.
