Application for variation of condition 2 (approved plans) to reposition a section of boundary fence to retain existing wildlife area attached to planning permission 22/02253/FULM

T1. Silver Birch. Removal of large, dog legged limb back past any rotten wood, back to good wood (remove appox 7m) T2. Willow. Re-pollard back to previous reduction points to reduce overhang across driveway and neighbour's garden, removing approx 10m Currently interfering with external telephone wire T3. Weeping silver birch. Reduce crown height by approx. 2.5m. Slight under-prune of crown by approx 3m to clear vehicle access (2 sub-branches) T4. Holly. Fell completely to ground level. Unattractive, tall, spindly growth, some signs of decay. Next to neighbour's garage. T5. Rowan. Fell completely to ground level. Trunk / bark is deeply split from ground upwards into a main branch. Tree showing signs of decay. Overhangs boundary and neighbour's garage. Intention is to replant another rowan tree sapling in this area. T6. Ash (on neighbouring land) - part-removal (reduction of approx 8-9m) of 'Y' shaped branch overhanging rear boundary.

Removal of front boundary hedge and replace with masonry wall 1500mm high.

Undertake works to trees protected by TPO N34 and TPO N174 identified as part of W1 to the rear of 2 Beaconsfield Grove. Crown lift along boundary to approximately 3-4m (as measured from ground level at tree base, with no works above this height) to trim trees as per a hedge and to maintain in perpetuity in accordance with BS3998.

Undertake works to trees protected by TPO N146 identified as T8, T9 T5 and T4 and trees being part of G1 and G2: Reduce lateral canopies back to our boundary line to British standards re pruning cut sizes. One limb on Tree in G1 at 4m height has over extended our boundary by 3m and cannot be reduced to British standards - reduce back this limb back to source, and remove all trimmings from the area.
