Request for confirmation of discharge of condition 04 (Trees) attached to planning permission 22/02177/HOUSE; Removal of existing conservatory. Two storey rear extension. Alterations to existing access including hedge removal.

Proposed rear ground floor extension following demolition of existing conservatory, additional windows to both side gable elevations and rooflights to the rear elevation including pruning works to Yew tree

1. Dead wood tree (this work is exempt TPO control) 2. Reduction of truncated limb to leave a minimum of a 1-2m branch wood from main stem 3. Branch adjacent to conservatory, reduce/feather back by no more than 1m

Laburnum - Multi-stemmed - Remove branch restricting access to gate, reduce any branches in contact with conservatory by up to 3m, and crown reduction of up to 3m Flowering Cherry (1) - Remove tree due to shading Flowering Cherry (2), Hawthorn and Pear - crown reduction of up to 3m, as previously undertaken (10/00471/TWCA) Evergreen - Remove tree due to damage to wall

Undertake works to Yew Trees Protected by TPO N349 identified as Group 1 1 No. Yew tree - reduce 3 No. branches by no more than 2 metres to alleviate overhanging of single storey extension 3 No. Yew Trees positioned towards rear boundary - Crown lift by reducing back branch tips, to allow 2m clearance under canopies from ground level Undertake works to Yew Tree Protected by TPO N34 identified as part of W1 1 No. Yew tree situated on open space adjacent to eastern boundary - reduce back branches tips overhanging conservatory by no more than 0.5m

T1 Silver Birch - Crown reduction by 3.5 metres to clear power lines and lessen impact of tree on conservatory.
