Certificate of Lawfulness for proposed repair of the current manege, the surrounding post and rail fencing will be replaced like for like and will remain the same height and dimensions as per the current approved fencing. The surface is to be removed and the membrane replaced, the sub-base has become compacted and will need sub-soiling to break up the compaction, the current drainage stone will be re-used with possible addition where necessary to bring back to original levels. Cherry + mixed broadleaf group of 20 - Tag 2518 - Group of trees on boundary overhanging commercial yard. Tagged cherry has a branch with included bark, reduce back to main stem. Also remove any branches from all trees overhanging fence. Reason for work to prevent damage to perimeter security fence.

T1 Elder has outgrown its location. Fell due to proximity to garage and fence. T2 and T3 - side reduce overhang by approx. 1m back to boundary.
