Undertake works to trees identified as being protected by TPO N302; G1 - Prune back all trees adjacent fences to rear of properties to give 1m clearance and prune back any overhanging branches to fence line. T1 2 x Alders - Beside fence to rear gardens 9 Williams Lane, 1st tree, Radial crown reduction of east canopy by a maximum of 1 metre including reshaping and balancing. Remove 2nd tree due to lean towards garden and poor form. T2 Sycamore - On green adjacent to 1 Cameron Lane Remove due to root disease. T3 Unknown species - Remove dead tree at edge of woods beside Substation Dale Way/ Cormack Lane T6 Horse Chestnut - Corner of Dale way & Cormack Road on Green. Reduce large low lateral limb on west side to leave 2m stub. T7 Sycamore - Dale way green facing Balderton Old Hall. Radial crown reduction of canopy by a maximum of 1 metre including reshaping and balancing. Height reduction by a maximum of 1 metre.

T1 Bay (Laurus Nobilius) - fell multi stemmed tree due to outgrowing position and distorting fence to rear garden. Replacement shrub(s) proposed within garden

1. Cut back all Willow in the front garden to give at least 2m clearance from the BT cable 2. Crown lift all beech trees in the rear garden to 5m to give clearance and provide more space for the residents 3. Crown lift beech trees on the outside of the garden on the path leading to the car park to 3m to allow clear access when using the path 4. Overhanging Ash along both side of the buildings will be cut back to the fence line

T1 Plum - Crown reduction by 1.5m and target prune overhanging branches over neighbours garden back to fence line. T2 unknown species - fell tree due to poor health T3 2 x Cherry - Fell dying trees T4 3 x Silver Birch Crown reduction by 1.5m T5 3 x Silver Birch - Fell trees to allow more space for adjacent Hornbeam T6 Ash - Crown lift over garden to acheive 3m from ground level.

Proposed works to trees protected by TPO N223: T3 Copper Beech - reduce S/E canopy back in line with property fence (reduction of between 1 and 2.5 metres) and remove deadwood T5 Sycamore - remove epicormic growth from main trunk and deadwood

T1 Cherry: Fell to ground level due to fungal infection of Ganoderma spp fruiting bodies evident around the stem. T2 Ash: Fell to ground level the self set tree on the fence line due to close proximity to the house.
