Request for confirmation of discharge of condition 4 attached to planning permission 22/02123/FUL Demolition of existing dwelling and removal of foundation structure of part-built barn. Erection of replacement dwelling, detached garage and timber garden shed. Erection of retaining wall to secure adjacent footpath.

Multiple (4) Sycamore Trees - Crown lift above shed height (3-4m) 20% Reduction in height (removing approx 2m) - To stabilise the trees and reduce the effects of wind damage or the possibility of failure.

Works to hedge (inc trees contained within hedgerow) - cut back by at least 0.5m to the sites eastern boundary line (borderline of neighbouring property) and reduce height by approx 1m to bring in line with neighbouring shed (approx height of 2.4m)

Block up door to Bathroom, install boiler, relocation of staircase and retention of the rooflights. A new timber shed to the rear garden area.
