Undertake works to trees protected by TPO N34 and TPO N174 identified as part of W1 to the rear of 2 Beaconsfield Grove. Crown lift along boundary to approximately 3-4m (as measured from ground level at tree base, with no works above this height) to trim trees as per a hedge and to maintain in perpetuity in accordance with BS3998.

Undertake works to trees protected by TPO N146 identified as T8, T9 T5 and T4 and trees being part of G1 and G2: Reduce lateral canopies back to our boundary line to British standards re pruning cut sizes. One limb on Tree in G1 at 4m height has over extended our boundary by 3m and cannot be reduced to British standards - reduce back this limb back to source, and remove all trimmings from the area.

Undertake the below works to trees Protected by TPO 105 identified as part of Area 1 Trees for removal (reference numbers refer to tree plan and tree survey report): T5 Beech - recently died, cause unknown T8 Ash - Inonotus fungal bracket on main stem overhanging neighbouring access T22 Sycamore - extensive dieback in canopy T23 Lime - leans into highway and has multiple impact wounds from traffic T24 Sycamore - poor form with low long-term value Management of smaller boundary trees (mixed groups 19 & 26): Holly and laurel to be reduced down to a height of 2-3 metres. Various species up to a stem diameter of 120mm (measured 1.5m above ground level) to be thinned out in accordance with good arboricultural practice.

T1 - Large Spruce by the driveway - Crown lift to 8m all round. T2 - Yew Tree by the drive entrance - Crown lift to 6m to allow for the safe passage of combine harvesters and to fulfill statutory requirements. T3 - Purple Plums by along Chapel Lane - Reduce the road side crown by around 3m to reduce the potential impact on the large retaining wall. This will also ensure that statutory Remove any failed limbs from the crown. T4 - Cherry - Crown lift to 6m. - Reduce the roadside canopy by around 3m to reduce the potential impact on the large retaining wall. T5 - Mulberry - Reduce the roadside canopy by around 2m to reduce the potential impact on the large retaining wall. T8 - Cherry - Reduce back toward the boundary by 3m to fulfill statutory requirements. T9 - Purple Plum - Remove the lowest split limb and the small limb adjacent growing toward the road and footpath. T10 - Copper Beech - Crown lift to 6m, ensuring that all stubs from the previous pruning are removed. T11 - Copper Beech - Crown lift to 4m. T12 - Sycamore - Crown reduce by up to 4m in order to alleviate the loading on the poor union below. This union features prominent Elephant ears and is displaying exudate runoff below, a symptom synonymous with a badly included union. Cobra bracing will also be installed. T13 - Corsican Pine - Remove the lowest two limbs. T14 - Yew - Crown lift to 4m. T15 - Western Red Cedar - Crown lift to 5m. G1 - Approximately 7 Yew trees - Trim external foliage to create spherical shapes.

Undertake works to trees identified as being protected by TPO N178; Remove Ash trees along western boundary adjacent properties due to Ash dieback.
