Application to undertake works to tree protected by TPO N205 identified as part of Group 11 T1 - Fell 1no Pine Tree. Leaning over 2 neighbouring properties causing ground issues and fence damage.

Undertake works to trees identified as being protected by TPO N302; G1 - Prune back all trees adjacent fences to rear of properties to give 1m clearance and prune back any overhanging branches to fence line. T1 2 x Alders - Beside fence to rear gardens 9 Williams Lane, 1st tree, Radial crown reduction of east canopy by a maximum of 1 metre including reshaping and balancing. Remove 2nd tree due to lean towards garden and poor form. T2 Sycamore - On green adjacent to 1 Cameron Lane Remove due to root disease. T3 Unknown species - Remove dead tree at edge of woods beside Substation Dale Way/ Cormack Lane T6 Horse Chestnut - Corner of Dale way & Cormack Road on Green. Reduce large low lateral limb on west side to leave 2m stub. T7 Sycamore - Dale way green facing Balderton Old Hall. Radial crown reduction of canopy by a maximum of 1 metre including reshaping and balancing. Height reduction by a maximum of 1 metre.

Proposed works to trees protected by TPO N223: T3 Copper Beech - reduce S/E canopy back in line with property fence (reduction of between 1 and 2.5 metres) and remove deadwood T5 Sycamore - remove epicormic growth from main trunk and deadwood

Undertake works to tree identified as T112 Sycamore protected by TPO N302 as detailed below: Crown reduction to achieve overall height of 10 metres and 8 metres laterally. Works required due to safety concerns over height and overbearing nature of tree, falling branches damaging fence and potential damage to properties and persons.

Undertake works to trees identified as forming part of Group G1 protected by TPO N45; T1 Holly - Fell due to roots causing damage to fence and slabs and overshadowing. T2 Pine/ Fir - crown reduction by 5 metres due to overshadowing, size and lean towards neighboring properties.

Undertake works to trees protected by TPO N137; T8 Oak Tree - Reduction of branch overhanging neighbouring boundary at the point it crosses the boundary fence G2 Hawthorn and Holly - Reduce branches which overhang boundary fence back to boundary line

T1-T3 - 3no. Oaks - Prune branches on the property side to 1m back from the boundary fence G1 Hawthorn - Reduce in height to leave at 2m All works to maintain clearances
