Undertake works to trees identified as 2 x Lime trees forming part of Group G3 of TPO N41; Lime Trees (T1 & T2) - fell to ground level due to condition and previous loss of branches causing damage to property, alleged Kretzschmaria deusta (Ustulina deusta) disease to lower trunk and safety concerns due to proximity of trees to house and neighbouring property.

Application to undertake works to tree protected TPO N117 identified as T4 (Originally an Ash but since replanted with a Birch) Birch (T4) - Crown Reduction by up to 2m to prevent branches contacting the house, roof and guttering.

Undertake works to tree identified as forming part of G1 protected by TPO N22 as follows; Oak (T1) - Reduce two lowest lateral limbs by 4m and rebalance, for safety due to being heavy, over extended, excess shading and growing towards house.

Works to trees protected by TPO N302 identified as T31 and T34 T1 Sycamore - target prune lateral branches from property by approx 2m and reduce crown on eastern side by approx 1.5m. remove deadwood. The branches of the tree are hitting the roof of the house during the winds. T2 Ash reduce crown over next door (East) by approx 1.5m and crown lift to acheive 3m above ground level. Deadwood.

Undertake works to 1no. Sycamore Tree protected by TPO N229 identified as T1; Reduction of up to 2m to branches which near the rear garden, utility lines, and the front of the house.

Undertake works to trees protected by TPO N117 identified as G4 (trees identified as 2-7 within application) and T5 Horse Chestnut 2 and 3 Crown lifting of canopies adjacent to London Road to a maximum height above ground level of 2.4 metres over footway and 5.2metres over public highway. Lime tree 4- crown lifting to 3m from ground level, crown cleaning to remove dead or diseased branches. Lime tree 5 - reduce by 6m in height due to proximity to the house and to even the canopy. Remove epicormic growth throughout. 20% crown thinning as the tree casts a shadow, suppressing flora and fauna and shrubbery beneath. Crown cleaning to remove dead or diseased branches Lime tree 6- removal of new growth on the upper canopy (reduce to previous pruning points) Lime tree 7- crown lift to a maximum height above ground level of 3 metres Turkey Oak tree T5 Cut back large limb that splits and heads towards house and garage by 2.5 metres to give 3 metres clearance from both. Reduce limb to south westerly direction by 2.5 metres. Crown clean to remove dead or diseased branches.
