Variation of condition 03 of planning permission 10/01563/FULM to allow the entirety of the new boundary wall to be rebuilt within 3 months of substantial completion of the works to the office building

Redevelopment of site for 69 new build residential dwellings and amenity space, including associated landscaping, parking and access (renewal extant of permission 06/00530/FULM) This also includes the demolition of boat house and part of boundary wall within curtilage of The White House and the demolition of former section yard buildings of british waterways and sections of wall and former boathouse building and associated walls.

Demolition of existing single storey extension. Replacement single storey extension including alterations to side boundary walls to form parapets, internal re-ordering, repairs and external redecoration. Refurbishment of existing side wing structures.

Siting of 16 no. recycling points to holiday cabin site. Retention and cladding of 2 no. storage units and extension of decking to guest `Retreat`. Retention and erection of structures and shelters to activity field. Retention of office building to maintenance yard. Provision of additional parking, new access and boundary fencing to maintenance yard.

Proposed creation of a dropped kerb to allow vehicle access to the front of the property and creation of a driveway within the front boundary.

Installation of new black hooped metal fencing and fence panels to schools existing boundary.

Removal of existing structures. Erect new single Storey dwelling with detached garage and brick boundary wall.

Removal of existing close boarded timber fence and installation of new heritage fence and fence panels along existing boundary line.
