Erect a 1.45 metre high post and rail fence around the site, alongside the domestic curtilage and through the paddock. Replace existing metal entrance gates with 1.8 metre high cottage style timber gates. Erect a ramped garden brick wall and gate with a maximum height of 2.4 metres. Replace existing single glazed timber windows and doors with mock timber uPVC double glazed replacements.
