Proposed detached garage to include home office

Demolish an existing 3 sided outhouse structure (2 walls brick and 1 wall studed garage door) plus a section of the boundary wall between Winthorpe House and The Lord Nelson pub. It is proposed that after demolition the brick be used to rebuild the boundary wall between Winthorpe House, The Lord Nelson pub and The Lodge. This will include the section that is currently a studed wall. It is propsed that the brick from another section of wall inside The Lodge (but not a boundary wall) will be demolished and the brick used to form a new boundary wall with Winthorpe House to replace the studded garage door section.

Proposed extension to the garage block to provide a secure garden store and covered area to the rear of house

Existing double garage door to be removed and replaced with 2 no. single garage doors and central brick pier infill, and garden store rooms/outbuildings to be demolished and replaced with single storey extension to form home gym, office and garden store.

Refurbishment and renovation of house including extension to garage block and glazed link to coach house. Alterations including replacement windows; alterations to window openings; removal of non-traditional features e.g. 20th Century chimneys and rainwater goods, removal of non-original partition walls
