Creation of wildlife pond (outside the residential curtiliage) and the erection of shed (within the domestic curtilage)

Conversion and extension of the former stables to residential use including the replacement of existing single storey monopitched stable with new structure to create living accommodation and lightweight glazed link and repair and conversion of cart shed to form a garage to serve the stable conversion.
