Demolition of former public house and erection of mixed-used development with associated landscaping

Front and rear single storey extensions, re-roof existing house, demolition of outbuildings and garage and new detached garage (re-submission)

Demolish an existing 3 sided outhouse structure (2 walls brick and 1 wall studed garage door) plus a section of the boundary wall between Winthorpe House and The Lord Nelson pub. It is proposed that after demolition the brick be used to rebuild the boundary wall between Winthorpe House, The Lord Nelson pub and The Lodge. This will include the section that is currently a studed wall. It is propsed that the brick from another section of wall inside The Lodge (but not a boundary wall) will be demolished and the brick used to form a new boundary wall with Winthorpe House to replace the studded garage door section.

Demolition of existing garden stores and single storey extension to house, and construction of garden room, attached garden store, outdoor swimming pool, and single storey rear extension to dwelling house

Request for confirmation to discharge condition 4 attached to planning permission 20/1365/S73 Application to vary condition 2 (Approved Plans) attached to planning application 19/01853/FUL to allow demolition of the 20th century (1995 or thereabouts) lean to extension and its replacement with one with a slightly larger footprint and a catslide roof; alteration to the layout of the Home Office; addition of a spiral staircase in the conservatory.
