Demolish an existing 3 sided outhouse structure (2 walls brick and 1 wall studed garage door) plus a section of the boundary wall between Winthorpe House and The Lord Nelson pub. It is proposed that after demolition the brick be used to rebuild the boundary wall between Winthorpe House, The Lord Nelson pub and The Lodge. This will include the section that is currently a studed wall. It is propsed that the brick from another section of wall inside The Lodge (but not a boundary wall) will be demolished and the brick used to form a new boundary wall with Winthorpe House to replace the studded garage door section.
