D1264 - Taxus Baccata - Structural Engineer report has recommended to Fell tree to ground level as contributing to structural damage (crack) in Tower. While the structural report completed in 2019 states, 'Because the foundations extend to a depth of at least 1.55m the adjacent Yew tree and felled Elder tree are unlikely to be influencing the cracking to the Tower.' there remains a risk that as the tree continues to grow.

Fell Group of Conifers Reduce Beech hedge surrounding sub-station to a height of 2m Fell front row of small over crowded trees (Cherry, Monkey Puzzle, Sycamore, Oak, marked on site). Crown lift remaining trees to give clearance of 2.5m from ground level (Amended)

T2 conifer - Fell. Replant with smaller native tree.

Undertake works to trees protected by TPO N34 and TPO N174 identified as part of W1 to the rear of 2 Beaconsfield Grove. Crown lift along boundary to approximately 3-4m (as measured from ground level at tree base, with no works above this height) to trim trees as per a hedge and to maintain in perpetuity in accordance with BS3998.
