Proposed alteration to existing dwelling, increase roof height by 0.5m, hipped to gable end with loft conversion including installation of skylights on the southeast and flat roof dormers on the northwest. Extension to the southwest elevation (side) and a porch to the southeast elevation with erection of an external chimney on the southwest elevation. Part rendering to the whole property and replacement outbuilding.
