Change of use from convent to C3 single family dwelling house. Removal of modern windows and installation of new timber windows to south elevation, removal of top hung outward opening sash and replacement with sliding sash window, repair and reinstatement of original wrought iron balustrade to the stone steps at south elevation. Reduction of the size of structural window openings at front elevation by installing sandstone cills, installation of wrought iron balcony to ground floor window at south elevation.
