Variation of condition 26 (to read no pitches or floodlighting shall be used outside hours of 8.00 and 22.00 hours) to planning decision 2017/1751/15/RVC dated 2/4/2019: Erection of a two storey extension to existing pavilion to create new changing rooms. The installation of three floodlit Artificial Turf Pitches with 14 x 15 metre high floodlight columns and ball stop fencing of varying 3 metre and 5 metre heights. The creation of new vehicular access off Etherstone Avenue, with creation of 189 car parking spaces, 6 coach parking spaces and 72 cycle parking spaces. The erection of 2 metre high boundary fencing to Etherstone Avenue, landscaping and SuDS basin, and the landscaping of the former Henderson Hall New Hall student accommodation site following its demolition, as amended by plans received 2 March and 23, 22 and 9 February 2018
