Non Material Amendment: (Amendment to rear elevation (ground floor) to change patio doors to bi-fold doors. Non-material Amendment (to replace existing dormer window with like for like) to planning permission 2021/1943/01/DET dated 01/02/2022 - Replace existing glazing to dormer window to front with aluminium frames and French doors to rear with double-glazed white UPVC doors (as amended by plans received 14.12.2021) (description amended 24.12.2021; 17.01.2022). 

Non Material Amendment: (amendment to the size of the external louvres to the south and west elevations) to planning permission 2021/1358/01/DET dated 05.10.2021-  Installation of new windows, doors, vents/louvres, front screen entrance and rendering to external elevations, erection of plant enclosure to car park area, increase size of roof access and installation of solar panels.
