Non Material Amendment: (reducing the proposed front elevation pitched roof under the window by 300mm) to planning  permission 2022/0163/01/HOU dated 16/3/2022: Erection of first floor extension to side.

Lawful Development Certificate for proposed installation of new windows and doors following construction of new openings to side and rear, installation of roof windows and replacement of existing conservatory roof with new solid mono-pitched roof including a strip of 4no. rooflights to rear. (Amended plans recieved 21/08/2022)
