Non Material Amendment: Amendment to wording of condition 27, to read 'Prior to ground works commencing on site, the methodology for a site investigation survey and timetable its implementation, to take into account the coal mining legacy of the site shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The site investigations shall then be implemented in accordance with the approved details and timetable. Unless otherwise approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority, within 6 weeks of approval of the site investigation works, a report of the findings arising from the intrusive site investigations shall be submitted to the Local planning Authority together with details of any coal mining remedial works, following the findings of the Site Investigation, and a timetable of remediation works. The works shall be undertaken in accordance with the approved detail and timetable and implemented in full prior to any above ground works to erect the building hereby approved' to planning permission 2016/0930/01/DET dated 11.11.2016
