Application for approval of Construction Environmental and Traffic Management Plan as required by condition C1 of planning permission 20/00369/FUL for Demolition of all existing buildings and a) full planning permission for the development of 9 bungalows (C3 Use Class) along with car parking, landscaping and associated amenity space; and b) outline planning permission with all matters reserved except access for (i) the development of 43 dwellings (C3 Use Class) and (ii) an older persons scheme comprising 73 supported living apartments for the over 55's and associated communal facilities, along with additional car parking, landscaping and amenity space

Application for approval of details of the design measures to be incorporated into the construction of the dwellings to ensure noise levels are not exceeded as required by condition 07 of planning permission reference 18/00126/FUL (Residential development consisting of 4no. bungalows, with detached garages and associated access and landscaping).

Application for approval above slab level construction of the development hereby approved shall not commence until details of the parking for The Uplands has been submitted to and approved in as required by condition 12 of planning permission reference 19/00441/FUL (Proposed new dormer bungalow in part of existing garden)
