Recently noticed crack in garden wall and saw guttering above broken, leading to water leaking and cracks appearing in the wall. Contacted neighbour who wants the tree trimming to be clear of her garage roof. As the tree encroaches on another neighbour's garage roof, the work will need to ensure the tree is clear of both garages. Any work requires council approval. Only recently noticed damage after placing decorative chairs in the area.
